Why should I register? What are the benefits of being a member?
Registration is FREE. It is quick and easy. Registration allows you to use all the services
that are offered under "Basic Membership" for free. Placing an ad, Book marking an ad, ability
to view responses to your ads - these are some of the services that you can begin
using as soon as you register. Also, if you're looking to buy an item and you send a
message to the seller, you're more likely to get a quick-response back from the seller if
you're a registered user. We keep adding new services to our website and they become
available to you as soon as they're added.

Is "Registration" FREE? Are there any hidden fees?
Yes. "Registration" is FREE. No. There are absolutely no hidden fees.

How do I become a member?
It is easy. You need to complete two very simple steps to become a member.
- Create an account through Registration
- Activate your account
(1) Click on "Register" link under the "Quick Links" section on our Home page.
It will take you to "Registration" screen. Please fill-in all the fields on that form and
click on "Register" button.
Note: We collect very little personal information from you (name, address
and email-Id). We keep all your personal information confidential. We do
not expose it anywhere on our website. We do not give-it-out to anybody unless you
misuse our services or get reported as an abuser.
After verifying all your information, the system will assign a "Confirmation number" to
your profile. The system will send this number to you in an email at the email-id
specified by you on the "Registration" screen.
(2) Note down the Confirmation Number from the email you receive from us.
Visit our website & click on Activate account link under our "Quick Links" section on the
home page. Key-in your email-id, password and the confirmation number and click on
"Activate" button.
And... You are done. It is that simple.

What is a "Confirmation Number? What is its significance?
Confirmation number is a system generated number, which you'll receive
in an email on completing "Registration" form. This number is very important since you
need this in-order to activate your account.

I completed "Registration". But I did not get an email with
Confirmation number. What do I do?
Click on "Contact Us" link on the top bar on our home page. Type in
"Registration" on the subject line. Type-in your email-id, name and address, along with a brief
message and click on "Send Message" button. Someone from our support desk will look
into the issue and respond to you as soon as possible.

How do I Login?
Visit http://www.zeecircle.com.
Under the "Member Login" section (located at the top right-hand corner), enter your
"Email ID" (this should be the same email-id that you provided at the time of registration)
and "Password" in the respective boxes and Click on
the "Login" button to login to your account.

I forgot my Password. What should I do?
Click on the "Forgot Password" link in the "Member Login" section on our home page
and enter your City, State, Zip, E-mail ID and your answer to the "Secret Question". A new
"temporary password" will be mailed to you immediately. Use that password to log-in.
But please remember to change your password as soon as you login.
Your Email address should be the one that you gave us at the time of registration.

How do I change my password ?

- Login using your "Email ID" and "Password"
- Under "Manage User Profile" section, Click on "Change Password" in the list of options.
- Enter your old password.
- Enter your new password and confirm the same. Click on "Change Password" button.
- Your new password will be immediately activated. Please use
the new password the next time you login.

Why am I not able to login or why
is the message "Invalid User Id / E-mail ID or Incorrect
Password" being displayed?
- The password you have entered might be wrong. Alternatively
you might be having the
CAPS LOCK "On". Please check whether
the password is entered in the correct case (Upper or
Lower)
- Please ensure that there are no spaces in the Email ID typed.
- If you have forgotten your password, please click on the
"Forgot Password" link to obtain a new temporary password.
- The E-mail ID you are using to login must be the same one with
which you had registered on the website. Alternate E-mail IDs
that you may possess will not function.

Please note that we do not charge any fees for "Basic Membership".
We plan on launching 2 additional membership plans in the near future. They are
"Standard Membership" and "Premium Membership" - to provide for the specific
needs of those who want to sell their items in bulk or set-up their own sale-cubes
on our website. More information on such membership schemes will be made available
very soon.

Profile" option.

confirm it by Clicking on the "Modify Profile"
button.

a high standard in our database.
- If you do not provide your contact info as part of your Ad,
interested parties can contact you through our messaging service.
- Your personal details, contact information are protected and kept confidential.
We do not publish it with your Ad, unless you tell us to publish it.
- If you wish to publish your contact info with your ad, you'll be able to do so.
You will be able to publish your phone-number, email-id, fax-number & web-url.

I'm not a member. I want to look at Ads. Do I need to register?
No. You can browse/search for Ads on our website without having to register.
However we encourage you to get a free-membership just so that you can use any/all services
that we offer under "Basic Membership" scheme.

I'm not an advertiser. What benefits do I get by becoming a member?
By becoming a member you can use our "Bookmark" service to keep track of the Ads that
you become interested in. We'll be adding a service named "WatchPal" very soon, which you
can set-up to get alert-email when Ads of your interest get added to our website. Also,
when you contact the advertiser, the advertiser tends to respond back to you more quickly
since you are a member of our website. Please note that membership is FREE.

I'm looking for a specific item. How do I go about finding it?
Click on "Browse" or "Search" link on our home page. It will take you to
"Search Results" screen. By default, it lists-out all the items that are currently
on sale. Change the search parameters in the "Advanced Search" section and click on
"Search" button to narrow it down to your specific needs.

What is an Item ID / Ad ID?
An Item ID / Ad ID - is a unique combination of alphabets and
numbers (for example: 20040302-12). To identify an item/service uniquely,
an Item/Ad ID is assigned, when an advertiser creates an ad.

What is advanced
search?
Advanced Search is designed to cover critical aspects of
your search criteria and this will deliver ads matching your
specific criteria. Advanced Search has options of
searching for ads using category, keywords & location (city, state, country)
to narrow it down to match what you are looking for.
To access this option, visit
http://www.zeecircle.com and click on
"Search" link on the top most header bar. "Search Results" screen will be displayed,
with the "Advanced Search" section at the top of the page. Choose/Enter your search parameters
and click on "Search" button. Results matching your search parameters will be displayed. If
there are no items matching your search parameters, a message will be displayed indicating that.
You can expand your search criteria and click on search again to see whether there are any items
that are close to what you're looking for.

In advanced search, what should I enter in the
"keywords" field?
Using the "Keywords" field in the Advanced Search
feature you can search for ads that contain a specific detail,
which cannot be searched with our regular search. In such a case you
can enter the details in the "Keywords" field in the advanced search
form and get a list of ads that match this word. (For example:
if you want to search for Ford car, you can enter the keyword as
"Ford")

perform a nationwide search.

Why do I keep getting the error "No matching records found" while
searching for the ads?
Please check your search criteria. Please adjust the search parameters to
expand your search. We may not have the exact match in our database. So when you expand
your search criteria, it may turn-up some search-results, which you may find useful.

How do I book mark ads?
If you are interested in an Ad in the search results,
click on the "Bookmark the ad" option. This will add the item to your list of
book marked ads. You can also add a comment while book marking the profiles.
You can access your list of bookmarks under the "Bookmarks" tab in "My Section"
of our home page. This feature is available only to registered users.

Yes. You certainly can. We collect minimum personal information from you before
you can contact the advertisers. We strongly encourage you to complete registration
for free so that you can enjoy all the benefits/conveniences that registered

Will my contact information be
revealed to the advertiser when I send a message by clicking on "Contact the seller" link?
None of your contact information will be revealed to the advertiser except
for your email-id. However, you're allowed to offer additional contact details as part
of your message, if you prefer.

How do I create an Ad?
If you haven't already registered, please complete
Registration first, by clicking on the link Register (for FREE).
If you're a registered user, please login to your account, if you are not already logged-in.
- Click on the link Place an ad
- The form to choose a category will be displayed. Click on an appropriate category link.
If you find that your item/service doesn't belong under any of the provided categories,
please click on the link "other".
- The form to create an ad will be displayed. Give all the necessary as well
as optional details asked in the form. Give as many details as possible.
Click on "Save and Continue" button.
- The form to upload a photograph will be displayed. If you have a picture that you'd like to add,
please click on "Browse" button. It brings up a file-selection
dialog box. Choose the image file and click on "upload" button. Once the upload is complete,
the image will be displayed in the box on the left hand side. Please note that the image
might look distorted here, but please be assured that the photograph will look fine, when your
ad gets published. Also, please be aware that we support only ".gif" and ".jpg" formats and
the image file size cannot be larger that 300kb.
Please click on "Save and Continue" button.
- A review page will be displayed. Please review all the information and if you need to
make corrections, please click on "Modify-Ad" link. When you are done making all the
modifications, please click on the submit button.
Please note that in any of the above steps, you can click on "Save As draft" button to save
your work so you can get back into it later. Such drafts will be stored in our database and they'll be
listed under "My Drafts" tab in the "My Section" area on our home page. (You need to login
to access that section of our web-page).
All the submitted ads are validated before inclusion in the
published ads database. It may take up to 24 hours for the validation. An E-mail
would be sent to you once the ad passes verification process and gets published online.
The profiles are validated for statutory regulations
of the site to avoid pornography and various other factors and to
have uniformity in the database.

After I create an ad, when will my ad be displayed on your website?
Once you submit your ad, we review its contents. We reserve the rights to edit the contents
of your ad before publishing it online. If it meets our guidelines, then we approve it. It'll get published
online, moments after that. It could take anywhere from 10 minutes to 24 hours, before your ad gets published.
If you do not get any notification from us within 24 hours, we suggest you contact us immediately by
clicking on "Support" link on our Home page. Someone from our support desk will respond back as soon as
possible.

Why do you take upto 24 hrs
for validation?
Validation of an ad is done manually. We review each ad carefully
to ensure it confirms to our guidelines, before approving it for publishing it online.
We try our best to review it as soon as it is submitted. If you do not receive a
notification from us even after 24 hours, please contact us rightaway at
support@zeecircle.com

Almost every word counts. We categorically ignore
ads that contain abusive content. We reject ads that contain invalid

How will people contact me?
We display a "Contact the advertiser" link on your ad. Visitors of our website
(regardless of whether they are members of our website or not.) click on that link to send
you a message with their contact information,
reason for contact etc... Please note that the visitors have no way of accessing your contact
information. The only way they can send you a message is by using our messaging service.
You'll receive an email at your email-id that you used for registration.
In addition to that, when you login to our website next time, you'll see a mail-box
icon next to your ad, in "My Section" area, indicating you have a message waiting. You can
click on that icon to read that message.

What are the DO’s and DON'Ts while creating an Ad ?
While creating an ad, please choose the category with care so that it gets
added under the right group of items. Give detailed information about your
item/service in the ad description part. Add a photograph to improve chances of getting
responses. Ads with photos have better chances of getting responses.

How do I modify my ad?
To
modify your ad contents,
- Visit http://www.zeecircle.com
- Login using your "Email ID" and "Password".
- Under "My Ads" section on our homepage, you will see a list of all your currently submitted/
published/ rejected ads. You'll see the options to view/ edit/ change-status for each entry.
Click on "edit" link for the particular ad that you want to modify.
A form will be displayed for the selected ad to allow for modifications. Make all the changes
and click on "submit" button to confirm/submit your changes to us.

How long will it take for
the modifications to reflect on my ad?
This may take upto 24 hours. Please note that when you make
modifications, it will go through the same validation process as if you're submitting it for
approval for the very first time. Once you begin making changes to your ad, your ad will
be disabled until the modifications are approved by us. Some types of modifications are
automatically approved by our system - your ad will be inactive only for a few moments in such cases.
If you have a lot of changes to make, then it would work-out best for you if you make a list
of all the changes that you plan on making and make the changes at once and then submit.

Are there any restrictions on modifications to my ad?
You are
restricted from changing the item/service category. All other contents can be
modified by you as often as you like. However, each time you modify and submit,
it goes through the same validation process. Please read the answer to the question above
for more information.

What is "Change Status"?
Your ad status can either be set
as 'SOLD' or 'DELETED'. By default, the profile status is 'ACTIVE'.
Setting the ad status to 'SOLD' or 'DELETED' makes your ad invisible to others. Your item will be removed
from the database after 7 days. If you accidentally change the status to SOLD/DELETED,
please contact us at support@zeecircle.com
and your ad will be re-instated.
To change status on your item -
- Visit http://www.zeecircle.com and login
using your "E-mail ID" and "Password"
- Scroll down to MySection. Under MyAds tab, click on the "Change Status" link for
the item that you want the status changed.
- Choose the appropriate status option from the dropdown.
- Enter comments and click on "Change Status" button.
The status on you ad will be changed immediately.
In the Comments box, please feel free to give your sincere feedback on our service. If you
found the buyer for your item on our website, please let us know. Your
success is our motivation.

Please send your photo as an E-mail attachment to support@zeecircle.com in JPG / GIF
format. We will add it to your Ad, and we shall send you the

"Item ID" (Ad-ID) for reference.

What are "Out-Box/Sent Messages" and "In-Box/Received Messages"?
"Out-Box/Sent Messages" folder contains a list of messages
that you have sent to others. "In-Box/Received Messages" folder
contains list of messages that you have received from others.
To view a list of Messages Sent/Received,
- Visit http://www.zeecircle.com.
- Login using your "Email ID" and "Password"
- Scroll down to "My Section" area. Click on "MyMessages" tab.
- By default, it lists out the contents of In-Box. Please click on Out-Box
icon to view all the messages, you sent to others. (This is just for your reference).
Similarly, click on the In-Box to see any/all incoming messages.

is contacting me, where do I view their response to my Ad?
Messages will be instantly sent to your "In-Box" (Received
Messages folder). An intimation that you have received a message
from a potential buyer will be sent to your E-mail address.

How can I improve my chances of
finding a prospective buyer?
- While placing an ad, try to give a clear description of the item/service for
which you're seeking buyers. Keep the description precise, clear & complete.
- Enter expectations about price clearly and completely.
- Add a photo (where applicable) to your Ad, as Ads with photos get a
better response.
- Please give immediate attention, when an interested party makes the initial contact.
If you do not respond back promptly in a timely manner, chances are
that the person who sent you the message would move on & look for other sources.
- Login often to check messages & to browse to see what others are selling..
at what price etc.. That will help you see if similar items are being sold at a different
price range.

What is the membership Fee?
At this time, we only offer "Basic Membership" which is FREE. In future,
we plan on offering other types of value added memberships to provide for the special
needs of some of our customers. We'll be introducing 2 new membership types - "Standard"
and "Premium" - in our next release, to support bulk-sales, Sale-cube set-up etc.. We'll
